Acupuncture is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles that have been used for thousands of years to treat pain and restore overall vitality by correcting the flow of Qi (energy) in the body. It involves inserting very fine needles into specific points on the body to promote balance, circulation, and healing. It eases pain by reducing inflammation, relaxing muscles, and boosting natural painkillers. At the same time, it helps you feel more energized and balanced by improving circulation, calming stress, and restoring the natural flow of energy in your body. It’s a safe, natural way to treat both symptoms and their deeper root causes.
Very beneficial for chronic pain (back, neck, joint), headaches and migraines, stress, anxiety, and depression, nausea, insomnia, and inducing labor.

Constitutional Hydrotherapy (CHT) is a modifiable clinical therapy grounded in the fundamental Nature-Cure theory. It is a gentle, non-invasive treatment that uses alternating hot and cold applications of water, typically combined with gentle electrical stimulation, to support the body’s natural healing processes. It enhances circulation, immune function, and organ activity, and is often used as a foundational therapy in naturopathic medicine for improving overall vitality and resilience.
Excellent for digestive disorders, acute and chronic conditions, stress-related illness’s, and chronic fatigue.

Homeopathy uses gentle, non-toxic natural substances—called remedies—to activate the body’s own healing response. This system of medicine was developed in the 1700s by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann and is based on the idea that “like cures like”: a substance that can cause symptoms in a healthy person can help heal those same symptoms in someone who is unwell.
Homeopathic remedies are free from the side effects commonly associated with pharmaceutical drugs. They do not interact with other medications, making them safe for use at any age—from infants, the elderly, and even during pregnancy. Homeopathy can be used to support healing in a wide range of conditions, from mild issues like the common cold to more serious illnesses, including cancer. It is also commonly used to help with mental and emotional concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress. Naturally, the types of conditions treated will depend on the training, experience, and clinical judgment of the homeopathic practitioner.

Pranic Healing is a non-touch, energy-based healing system developed by Master Choa Kok Sui in the 1980s. It works by cleansing and energizing the body’s energy field (aura) and energy centers (chakras) to support and accelerate the natural healing process. By drawing in prana (life force) from natural sources such as air, sunlight, and the earth, the body’s ability to heal itself is enhanced.
During a session, practitioners do not physically touch the body. Instead, they scan for energetic imbalances, remove congested or blocked energy, and replenish it with fresh prana. This process helps reduce pain and inflammation, speed up physical recovery, calm emotional distress, and restore overall vitality.
Pranic Healing is non-invasive and safe for people of all ages, including children, pregnant women, the elderly, pets, and those with chronic or serious health conditions. It can also be performed as distant (remote) healing and works well alongside both conventional and alternative therapies.
Common issues treated are headaches and migraines, sleep issues, low energy, addictions, negative thought patterns, stress, anxiety, depression, digestive and respiratory conditions, relationships and emotional trauma and/or grief.
